Data Collected Automatically from Users

The Service uses third parties to collect data including but not limited to the operating system, browser, device that you are using, the links or URL that directed you to the Service, the search query you may have entered in search engines (such as Google, Bing etc.) to arrive on to the Service, pages within the Site that you visited, duration of time you spent on each page and other data shared by the browsers while communicating with the Service. We may combine this data with other data that we collect about you and use it to improve your experience of our Service, for marketing and for analytics purposes. We may also collect the IP address (Internet Protocol address) or any other unique device identifier for any device used to access the Service. We may also collect data regarding your physical location of the device used to access the Service.

Data Collected from You

• Personal Data: We collect data that identifies you as a specific individual such as name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address (“Personal Information”). We use this data, without limitation, to contact you, identify you and verify your professional licensure status, work history verification, background checks. We may also request you to provide proof of identity to continue using the Service.

• Non-Identifying Data: We may also collect data such as demographic data, professional title, survey responses, your preferences, office technologies, office equipment, ownership/affiliation information for practices, during your use of the Service and general data (“Non-Identifying Information”).

• General Audience Service: The Service is intended for use by users aged 18 and older. If you suspect that a child younger than the age of 18 is using the Service, please contact us at sagar@mydentalrecruiter.com. We will make reasonable efforts to delete the data linked to such a child.

We may also combine Personal Data and Non-Identifying Data and such data shall be treated the same as “Personal Data” under the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

02MOBILE AND SMS NOTIFICATIONS

You consent to receiving SMS notifications by providing your mobile phone number to the Service and if you do not wish to receive SMS notifications, you can opt-out of SMS notifications by sending an email to sagar@mydentalrecruiter.com. Messages and data charges may apply for messages sent to you or sent by you to us and you can reach out to your mobile phone service provider for more information on the applicable charges.

03USE AND RETENTION OF DATA

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To facilitate job search, job posting functions on the Site

• To connect Jobseekers and Employers

• To verify and process your registration

• To send you marketing and promotional emails, sms notifications, push notifications

• For security and fraud detection

• For preparing various reports

• For purposes as disclosed on the Site while collecting the data as well as purposes as highlighted herein the Privacy Policy

We retain all or some of the data we collect, at our discretion, for as long as the Company deems necessary. If you request to close your account with the Service, you will not be able to access the Service. While we make reasonable efforts to remove data associated with you after you delete your account, it is not always possible to remove all the data created during your use of the Service. Such data will persist on the Service and may not be removed from public domain.

04SECURITY OF DATA

While Company takes reasonable measures to secure your data, no method of transmission or storage of data is considered 100% secure and Company does not guarantee security of any data you provide or any data that was created during your use of the Service.

05DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURES

We respect your right to privacy and do not sell your Personal Data to third parties without your consent. All of our Company employees, service providers, contractors and affiliates may have access to your data as they accomplish tasks including, without limitation, general administration, database management, server management, analytics, marketing, advertising, payment processing, security, fraud detection.

We may share Non-Identifying Data with advertisers to allow them to run targeted advertising on the Service. If you click on any links on such advertisements, the privacy of the data collected by the advertiser, even if using the functionality available on the Service (such as forms within the Site), shall be subject to advertiser’s privacy policy and the Company shall not be responsible for privacy of the data collected by the advertisers. If you choose to use the Service to share the data with the advertiser, we may send the data you authorize including Personal Data, Non-Identifying Data, Jobseeker Profile data, Employer Profile data to the advertiser but the data’s privacy will be governed by the privacy policy of the advertiser and the Company shall not be responsible for the privacy of the data shared with the advertiser.

The Company will share data with government agencies, as required by law. We cooperate with government agencies and their professionals, law enforcement professionals and private parties involved in ensuring compliance with the law. Company, at its sole discretion, shall disclose data about you in response to subpoenas or at request of government agencies or at the request of any third parties investigating any legal matter.

Company will sell, transfer or share all or part of your data, including your Personal Data in an event of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, restructuring or sale of assets, including as part of due-diligence process with any acquiring entity.

06COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY AND YOUR OPTIONS

You will have an option to opt in or out of communications you receive from the Company by sending an email to sagar@mydentalrecruiter.com. Even if you decide to opt out of certain types of communication, the Company reserves the right to send you communications by email, SMS or any other means, as deemed necessary by the Company for important notifications pertaining to your account on the Service and its usage.

07INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company and its affiliates, service providers may be located in the United States or other countries or locations internationally and you agree to having your data processed in countries, other than the United States, for seamless access to the Service.

08LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Service may contain links to other sites (External Links) and the presence of such External Links on our Service does not imply any affiliation or relationship of any sort of the Company with such sites. We request you to carefully review their privacy and data handling policies.

09DO-NOT-TRACK REQUESTS

We do not use technology that recognizes a “do-not-track” signal received from your browser and our Service will continue to capture data, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, even if you request a “do-not-track” from your computer.

10CCPA - PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This section is applicable for the California residents only. California residents have the right to ask, once a year, a copy of their data shared with third parties by the Company for their direct marketing purposes. 11CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Service. Company may notify you by email, sms or display the notification on the Service, or any other format of notification regarding such an update and your continued use of the Service will be considered an acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We will continue to treat your data in accordance with the last Privacy Policy that you accepted until you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
